I work in a manufacturing industry that utlizes PDF batchsheets. The batchsheet is a printed PDF document in which the operators then complete their portions including dates, time, amounts, etc with an ink pen.
So my question is… How do others in the manufacturing industry get their data extracted with the legibility of the written portions being inconsistent?
I would like to tell a program to take a PDF that has been scanned with the human written information on it and be able to precisely extract the information out. The extraction could be in any format as long as the data is accurate.
