Show and tell: AI Image generator uses

Hello, hello and good day to all!

Well, like the title said, I’m interested in what you folks have created (image-wise) and for what? I wanna hear about the story as well as see the images you came up with.

Here are some of the little guys I’ve made for some of the campaigns I’ve ran in the past (mostly homebrew stuff). First off, two variants based on a misspelling in my group’s chat (who knew adding an “f” to “rogue” could spark so many memes as well as birth an NPC to help out my party). The group and I decided that the second one, with the white background, looked cooler and that’s we went with.

Now, as for Bloombeard (yes, it is a nod to Tolkien’s Treebeard, hats off to the man), he is a Treant ranger that produces his own arrows as he pulls back the string of the bow (this idea or mechanic if you will is what brought him to life in the first place).

So what about you guys? What have you used AI generated images for? Would love to talk to other like minded folks :grinning_face_with_smiling_eyes:

I’ll bite the bullet and be next in line, then.
I usually go for artsy landscapes and such, sometimes surreal (looks at Lada with cyberpunk intent), sometimes not. The reasoning? I just like looking at nice wallpapers.

Hello, hello and greetings once more!

I come to you once more with another pun based character of mine, Beaselia, the Cleric of Order.

Before you might ask, or even if you don’t, yes, Beaselia is based on Pam from The Office, as her name is a take on Pam’s maiden name, Beasley. Now, I’ve been rewatching the series and I know Acquisitions Incorporated exists, so I thought that a campaign in a corporate office would be something fun for my group to try.

While I like what Acquisitions Inc proposes, I still want to do my own thing and thus the main quest for my group is to venture into the dreaded Annex, to find the legendary Accounting Ledger, a quest given to them by a rogue-turned accountant working at the firm.

Oh, and because I strayed off, Beaselia simply wandered into the office one day as she saw a “Clerk wanted” ad which she misread as “cleric”, which is what she is. And seeing how she’s a Cleric of Order, which puts discipline and hierarchy above all, with access to spells like “locate person/creature” and “hold person”, the role fit her like a glove.

I’m also thinking of adding another character, a bard that’s an amalgamation of both Andy and Michael, but I really don’t want borrow too much from the show.

Anyways, rant over, see you guys!
